Gum up?
Sounds dirty...
[Coffee]
Like most kids, I went through the froglube stage. Made a hell of a mess out of everything. Since then, I've grown up and decided to use Mobile 1 synthetic on all my guns. Think about it: Mobile 1 is specifically engineered to withstand high and low temperatures at extreme pressures for long periods of time. I can't imagine why it wouldn't work well in guns. Also, a quart of it will last me a lifetime and costs less than a tube of froglube, which will inevitably end up in the trash anyway.
Fuk this noise. Damn weather has me house bound. Loading up the truck and moving to Beverly..... Hills that is.. CA here i come. Gonna clean out every gun shop in CO and hand out cases of ammo to the Few, The Proud, The relocated ;)
Might even do a drive by in HB's hood. It's a balmy 64 with rain on the horizon, from my intel sources
Had FTE/stovepipes with near max load .300Blkout. Used that bolt disassembly tool I machined to remove the ejector and spring. FrogLube gummed up the spring in compression. I stopped using FG for lubrication and now it's only to wipe the outside down for that minty, fresh scent. I've got a lot of Royal Purple synthetic oil that I can use.
Lmao and that's why I need to start lurking in The PWT more, you guys crack me up!
