Is it possible to get past Matt Damon's usually incredibly bad acting?

I don't know, I've always liked Matt Damon.
I will say, the insulation standards in CA are total sh*t. The water lines are not insulated and the attic is so terribly insulated that the cold water is always lukewarm and the hot water is too due to the amount of time it takes for the water to get from the heater to the faucet.
Why are there water lines in the attic at all?
You told me. A S/Steel bbl was not something you were interested in. I've been running CL, CM, and S/Steel for decades. Neither of them have any less reliability than the other. If you buy a seconds or some no name unit, sure there's a chance. Name brand, OK.
Cleaning wise. That's on the owner. They all get filthy running suppressed, or with lower end ammo.
I was going with the Nickel Boron BCG and SS barrel for a little more rigidity/wear and tear. The info about how high the pressures are, and knowing what I was going to do with the rifle, I figured I should get a better barrel and good bcg.
Well, friday evening my wife picks me up from work, we are on the way home and while stopped at an intersection we were rear ended. Slam! I pull over to right out of traffic and the guy that hit us gets out of his utility van and say "Oh my god, I'm so sorry, its all my fault. Is anybody hurt?" He too is on his way home and driving his ChemTech company truck. We exchange info and since it seems no one is injured we go home and I call my insurance company and report the accident and by then my wife is in pain and my neck and shoulder are starting to hurt, the insurance lady tells us to go to the ER and get checked out.
Three hours later and x rays and examination we are told that there are no fractures but we have suffered strained muscles and we may have some pain for a couple of days. As of today my neck and shoulder are still tender but my wife is still in pretty bad shape. I will call the other driver's work place and get their insurance info (I have the name of their insurance but not the number) and see what they will do in this instance.
Anyone have any other advice on how to proceed so as to protect myself and make sure vehicle repairs and medical are taken care of? Any personal injury lawyers here that can offer advice?
