Mine has the suppressor sites and threaded barrel though (Octane sitting in jail ATM).

Shoot, I just saw this. Let me check, it was for my 228, but I want to say I bought the holster for a railed model, because I anticipated getting one. I'll let you know via PM, not at home right now.

My dad gave me his, looks identical, made by Schrade in the early 60's.
