I get to work from the hospital. Was supposed to be at a cabin in the mountains with the family. Instead, some baby decided to get born early.

Hospital update: The lights in the hall automatically turn off at 9pm so I'm sitting in the dark. The room is nice and cold, but the hallway is hot as hell. The water just broke in the room I'm here for. Some other lady is giving it the old college try down the hall. I've got Pandora and headphones. The worst part is that I've been working this entire time. I knew I had work to catch up on, but it's taking me like 4 solid hours. Booo.
For reference, even on my busiest of days, the work I have to do at home is maybe an hour's worth at most. We got to the hospital at 3pm today.
That's why I don't have children.
