I better get my $$K in taxes back when I lose my job and can't pay my mortgage because I wiped out a chunk of savings.
I guess the system is rigged to get you to pay a shit ton of mortgage interest and gamble in the market, or take low paying jobs. I don't see any other way to avoid paying outrageous taxes.

Well, rental income is the only income source that doesn't qualify for FICA taxes, AND you can depreciate the house every year for...I want to say...15 years?
Doing prep work for adding LAN wire and updatimg my wifi. OCD and over analysis kicked in and can't decide if plenum rated wire is a must or nice to have. It does not help that plenum only comes in 1000ft rolls locally, and I need less than 500ft.
