I'm having trouble even picturing what "old school" is in relation to a steak house. Paint the picture for me.
Lotsa dark wood, tufted leather booths and chairs, leathery waiters.
The ambiance is as dry aged as the meat.

Yes, that has occurred to me, and I briefly looked out the window. No windows that I can see appear to be broken.
