Peugeot's attempt to make a bike that counteracted the Japanese onslaught of the 70s/80s. If it's got a maillaird rear hub, it might be worth more. Normal value in OK-ish shape is around $100. If in really nice shape, maybe up to $200. The correct rear hub can add value, as it's a specialty collector's item.Quote:

I was wondering if it'd be worth the effort to fix up, or just try to sell as-is to someone who wants to restore it. Sounds like the latter.

Are there any markings on the rear hub?
I have other pictures, but not of the rear hub. I won't be back over there for a while, so I'll have to check later. Thanks for the input though. As soon as I saw it was a Peugeot, I thought I'd track you down.
I had one of them Peugots back in the day...then when I got serious about riding and racing I went Bianchi and never looked back.
The Peugot was a nice ride, the frame was great, but the components in the drive train were a let down
I really like classic lines on bikes.
