Found the new CDOT mascot:

Leaves construction vehicles everywhere but never seems to construct anything. Makes grand promises and then asks for more funds without completion of promised deliverable. Constantly taking breaks (from what!?). Can never give a succinct answer on anything. Blames the sub-contractor (little brother) for things which are clearly the fault of the Prime. Can't fire him by virtue of systemic tenure. Might be in collusion with RTD due to constantly talking about trains, which only seek to siphon more funds from the taxpayer without any appreciable results. Bullies when he doesn't get his way.

No coffee, never have.

Yesterday was like. After my pt regime i got home. Made an Orange Julius protein shake, then went mmm still hungry. bowl of tomatillo salsa and chips. Nope still hungry, few peanut energy bars. Followed by 1/2 bag of these.

Oh.

I have two cups of coffee with sugar each morning, and that's it for my sugar intake. I don't eat sweets or pastries or any of that stuff.

I am however embarking on a new adventure using a fit bit and calculating/tracking daily activity levels vs. calorie intake including voluntary extracurricular exercises. In my case, I'm trying to gain weight and muscle.

Quitting cigarettes really puts weight on. I added close to 20 lbs when i quit, actually passed the 200 weight mark.
