That happens. Sometimes it's best, though hard, to walk away for a few.

Finally got my jake brake installed today.
About 7 hours with a dinner break. I'm slow, disorganized, and the garage is trashed right now with the camper switchover and hard to get around in.
Spent about an hour looking for the damn banjo bolt I pulled out of the low pressure side fuel pump line to install a pass through banjo for a gauge setup 14 years ago.
Vacuum motor wouldn't fit with the connected tubing in the way.
Spent time looking for you know what... a fucking 10mm socket. Always the 10mm...
Almost hoofed it to Napa but then I found the bolt in a last ditch attempt looking in a clear plastic jug of bolts that had migrated to the basement. How it got in there instead of the gauge box (which I quickly found) beats me.
Had to remove radiator support bracket. Had to remove all radiator fan shroud nuts to get a breaker bar on the tensioner to replace the belt. Sigh.
New setup has fuel pressure option on the display.
Major PITA install, would not want to do another.
Cummins sure is nice to work on from the side, but getting to anything in the front sucks donkey ballz.
Vacuum motor, brake boost valve on the trans (lots of creeper time with a flashlight between my teeth), brake exhaust elbow, new serpentine belt, lots of tubing. Thankfully, I already had all the electronics installed when I did the new tuner box. Had to pull a wheel and the fender well liner to access the elbow.
Oh yeah? Well I watched an episode of Voltron season 5.
Nicely done, Brutal. Way to stick with it and get it finished.
last thing to do. break the computer down and box it up. Strip the bedding and fold it and put it in a box and I'm done. [emoji18]
Movers will be here at 9:30-10:00.
Didnt go to bed till 2:30 this morning. There will be a nap later on today, no doubt.
I'll raise you getting all ten seasons of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon downloaded. [emoji16]
One of my friends son loves the ninja turtles so I downloaded them for him to watch when they come over.

All peace to you OBC.
Not that I don't have mad respect for, but I always seem to gain a newfound level of respect for folks that turn wrenches for a living. Tough work.
Today, I'll nurse the 1,000 muscles I don't use keyboarding all day.
Although I do need to get the damn garage cleaned up.
Ouch, I think my big toe hurts.
