This is an interesting question for a couple of reasons. It would seem Fear in yourself would be far worse that dealing with Fear in others. If you can manage your own fear and keep your head straight through it, those that are caught up in being frightened could easily be led by effective reasoning and sound leadership.

Oh yeah ! Two weeks off of use or lose annual leave, then another week off after a two week on call shift ! Gotta use it up before July first. [panic][panic]

Worked 19 hour yesterday, just got home and hour ago and have to do some work remote tonight.

So ready for a couple days off.
