Balmy 74 atm. Got up to a whopping 83 today.

Dilema,

larger property, no garage, newer home 4.5 ac

smaller property, LARGE garage, older home 1 ac.

My vote is a large pay area because you know all us ho's like to play and not everything goes well using inside the house. My wife still can smell hoppies in my house a day or two after I use it. Besides need space for the lathes, mills, 3d printers, molding machines and stripper pole

You can build that garage/shop how you want it.
