Tuesday is the first day of school for elementary students in the Brighton 27J school district. This year, those students will never attend class on a Monday.
YEP, first day of school in Denver. Fella already drove over my lawn during an illegal & poorly executed U-turn in a school zone after dropping off his daughter. I wouldn't mind one less day a week of these shenanigans & I'm not talking about the kiddos!
They're on a 4 day school week down here, started aug 8th, goes thru may. Reason being the schools are that old they have no AC so they end the school year before it gets hot.Quote:

I kinda wanna move out of 27j. The school district issuing bonds+donations+charity etc and lesser edu.
