Just saw a thread selling .45LC bullets, reminds me of a time I wasn't paying attention and picked up a box of semi wadcutters to load, thinking I'd see if they would feed through my 1911. Good price, but when I got home I noticed they were .45LC. Not knowing if there was a difference, I decided I'd better pick up a Blackhawk so that $18 wouldn't be wasted. Also a Bisley Vaquero because the Blackhawk was lonely. 15 years later I still don't know if my 1911 feeds wadcutters.

A few years after a label led to two new guns, I picked up several boxes of .45LC at Sportsmans Warehouse. Somehow a single box of .44-40 got mixed in and I did NOT buy a gun so it wasn't a waste of money. Saved them for years just in case I did find a good deal of course. While I was amazed at my self-restraint, the wife has yet to congratulate me. I guess that means I should pick up another .45
Sitting in federal court. Bored off my ass. Lawyers love to hear themselves talk. A 30 min motion hear is now going nearly 2hrs .
I might hit 175 posts by the end of the year! I average about 20 a year.
