In fact, I found a pound a month or so ago that had been buried for untold years in the bottom of the freezer in my garage. I threw it out just to be safe.Quote:

The cuffs are actually issued from the Colo Territorial Prison (Canyon City). Found other identical cuffs online from different institutions at similar prices, they're still pretty cool though.
