They had a Spic n Span here in Colorado about 5 years ago. Or at least there was some restaurant that showed up on Google maps all the time. I want to say it was somewhere in Aurora.

Didn't look very squatty at the dealer. Probably sagged during the drive.

It's funny as soon as I got to the place, the guy was helping me undo the WD hitch and anti-sway and he was like, "Oh you don't even need this with a truck like this!" The dealer basically said the same thing, while have zero issue selling and installing said hitch at well above market price.
FWIW, I looked closer at Irvings pic and it sure looks like it had a Equal-i-zer WD setup on it. Needed adjustment... more weight transfer on those bars if it was rated sufficiently.
10,000 lb unit. I don't know much about that stuff, and didn't install it myself, but I agree.
ETA: Looks like it was this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...V7F8MCTYTDG7VD
I agree about the WD/anti sway. This was a big step up from the tiny trailer I have and I can only imagine how squirrely and white knuckle the drive would have been without it.
Fastway and Equal-i-zer - similar but one (EQ) has much better sway control.

Still at rec center.
It was little busier than normal, but not as busy as I thought. It got real quiet at around 9:00pm.
Racquetball court was open,so I just did the muscle memory and adjustment on serves and kill/pass shots.
