You definitely need to attend one of those Know your RV seminars. It's like you've been handed the keys to a friends place for vacation. Yet there's been no interaction between the 2 of you, for how to get things up and running.

Hey the thermostat's not working, oh yeah i forgot to tell you. We don't fill the propane tank till march. You'll have to cut some wood, if there's none outside already split, for heat.
