I'd talk to the people at Home Depot and leave a card on the board and with the shift managers before I'd just hang out at the store though. Because that's basically what the homeless people do and they don't get a great reception when asking people if they need help in the parking lot.

Pretty sure that's what the HD rental trucks are for.

Tried Uber for the first time in Portland,OR, at the Blade West Show in Oct.(only way to go in Portland with no parking) The first driver left us at an address he had on his GPS for the restaurant we were going to. Nothing there, Googled it on the iPhone and we were two blocks away.
The ride back was great. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable. He took us right to the front door of the condo we rented. Big tip for him.
My understanding, when I signed up for the Uber App, was that you could refuse the driver and get another one. Was I wrong?

Its my husband's setup, I wouldn't know the terms.

If it had been anything but the airport. Yes I would have waited & found a new ride.

Upside, I got to imagine all the different ways I could injur the driver while sitting in the seat directly behind him but only using the car's components & accessories. Seat belt in concert with the head rest is still my first choice. I estimated I could get three full wraps from the slack, adjust the seat back & viola. Won't likely be pretty or fast, but I suspect it would have been very satisfying.

Love it when deliveries are more than 2 hrs late and you had stuff to do. Cant miss it because I have to sign for it.........
