Yep, so far. Going through our ticket queue and proofing against previous techs' work. I frankly am curious why I have several tickets with no notes or attempts at resolution by 3 different shifts. Gonna have to talk with those folks about why they didn't attempt to fix, or if they did why they didn't put any notes in the tickets. I'm all for screwing off when there is nothing to do, but ya gotta at least make sure you have nothing to do first. 'Bout to get real Team Leady up in here. lol.

According to a podcast I listened to, the British don't like Wintergreen flavor (because it is used for pain relief and naseua stuff) but America does. 'Merica!
