So you just had a BGC to get a stamp, now must have another to take the muffler home. I always thought this was a silly duplication of government stupidity.

BGC by ATF for the 2 RP on the submission. Just the trustee on the pickup.

Some people on my CZ fan site are reporting 29 day wait for eFile Form 1. Any thoughts on that timeframe?

The last 4 form 1's I did came back in around 3 weeks. eFile individual

Last SBR I did was like 43 days but that was Dec-Jan. e-file trust.

Thanks Fellas. So I gather it doesn’t make a difference if you’re filing as an individual or through a Trust? My last filing through my trust took 11 months and that was 4 years ago.

I'm guessing the more background checks (more people in the trust) the longer the wait. I could be completely wrong.
