I see it happen pretty regularly on this particular thread, but sometimes other threads. I think it has to do with posts being deleted, but I don't know for sure.

Remodeling the bedroom. Lathe and plaster repair sucks. Especially repairing a 12x12 hole in the ceiling where the previous owner thought it would be a good idea to try and run “central air” through pvc to each room from a swamp cooler on the roof. (It doesn’t work, in case any of you kids are hankering to try it). And no, I never pre-drill trim, especially when placing it over lathe/plaster. My finishing nailer has paid for itself many times over.
