I don't think that'd be a bad idea. Take a peak up in the attic now and see if you see icicles hanging off of nails, or any other signs of moisture up there.
Attic is massively filled w/ insulation.
I know, but if there are icicles hanging down from the vent AND you have a moisture issue, you'll have signs on the bottom of the roof sheathing where you can see it above the insulation.
ok, well, I'll likely just call them and let them handle it.

I'm just saying it's worth a peak. If you see frost everywhere, you'll have the proper level of concern in your voice when you call. Don't need to climb around, just open the hatch with a flashlight.
I cannot remember if my inside step stool ladder can get me up there. I'll give it a go if possible. Either way, if there shouldn't be ice there then they need to come out and take a look anyway.
