I did that on purpose today, been a hell week for sleep with work commitments late into the evening and every morning and a mid week 0400 gig to top things off.

Many people don't do anything after having a tooth removed. I've haven't been in that situation yet, but I think I would.

Whatever the situation though, I would avoid a bridge.

Quitting drugs can be quite the downer. Chances are most of the people in rehab were pressured to be there by their loved ones and are just biding their time until they can leave and start using again.
