Wait.... whut?

This person works at the school nearby & always ditches this car in front of my house & does it in such a way it's impossible to park my truck on either side without blocking the neighbor's driveway so I cant park near my house. Its street legal parking so I have suffered this fool for some time now. Today I did the most benign response possible to communicate my displeasure.
