Keep it .22cal and use hollow points. Don't know if they make the Whisper in 22 cal anymore. Got mine years back on a steal of a deal.

FWIW, My silenced 10/22 with subs is quieter than the dang air rifle.

Farts.

Spent damn near a whole day working on my truck last Thursday, getting it all shiny and new looking and put a freakin dent in the tailgate with a bonehead move Sunday. Left the front RV compartment door open after dumping the tanks and farked it up. Might be able to have it pushed out paintless repair, dunno.

My 26" .22lr bolt action with CCI quiets is WAY more quiet than my neighbor's Gamo Whisper. No way I'd mess with it with the bike path/green belt as a back stop though.
