Yesiree. Sadly my truck and RV sit outside. Truck already got hit once while at the lake in Pueblo a few years ago, but it wasn't bad enough to get fixed right away.
I think if we get any hail here at the house this year, I'll need to get my roof checked. Fortunately, we haven't had anything significant enough for me to attempt any claims except for the truck.
Thanks, all.
With a time window rapidly closing, it was pretty important to get that thing started. Took about eight hours total, kinda kicked my ass a bit...the old sender looked like a rustcicle. I cleaned out about two or three cups of rust flakes and got the new sender in. The 25 yr. old carb in a box did awesome...I barred the engine over a few cycles, put five gallons in, and the damn thing started and idled smoothly. No smoke out the tailpipe either. I couldn't believe it....still can't believe it really.
I'm thankful.
Hail season is a bad damn deal. I hope we can all escape house and vehicle damage this year.
Well, initially I thought about including that....I figured less of us garden than do, but yes...I hope for flower and food gardens to not get killed as well.
I've both beaten to shit right after planting.
