It's all what the eye seem, not what's actually out there. Depth perception.
The spouse cannot back a 12' or 20 trailer in a decent sized space, even if she had magic powers to do so.. BUT...............She can swing a riding mower pull behind 4' trailer in to any space backing up, without looking.
In my experience little, empty & low trailers are squirrelly.
Yeah but does it matter as much since they don't really pull the tow vehicle anywhere? Or are you referring to them rapidly doing things you don't want when trying to back in? The latter has certainly been my experience.
Squirrelly in reverse, yes.
Yeah, I'd like to try towing something a bit bigger. I have a small trailer with a short wheel base tow vehicle.
For years no one under my employ could back the trailer into the shop without several attempts. Few times I was even called to see if I could. To be fair there was only about 4" clearance on either side through the door... but still, years?!
I?ve spent a fair amount of time in Lamar over the last fifteen years. Can?t say I?m a big fan. I was there in April and it seems a lot of the restaurants I used to enjoy are closed now.
Did get my kid an Xbox there one Christmas. Whichever one it was was the big ticket item that year that you just couldn?t find and the Walmart there had a few in stock.
There used to be some sort of factory there (building buses or motor homes I think) and when that shut down the town sort of started dying.
Irving, are you saying you haven't seen a tornado in person or are you just hoping for freshies?
I've never seen a tornado in person. :(
