Watched Josey Whales again tonight, been a while.
Looked up some stuff about the movie, and some history between him and Locke. Found out some interesting shit.
Eastwood fired the director halfway through the movie, and finished it himself. That created a rift with the screenwriters guild and they made a policy that never again could an actor do that to a director. Weird deal for sure.
It's actually called the Eastwood Rule.
