Today marks the 112th day for me. On ARFcom I am seeing 120-132 days on average now with people posting as of yesterday.
Old fashioned paper form 4s are still running 12.5 - 13 months.

Someone on there (ARFcom) posted an interesting thought. When the AFT said ".........approvals in 90 days." everyone assumed that meant "total" days from the time you certified. Though there is no "fine Print" with details from AFT to explain.
