Haha. Might be different with people who live on the water as well.

Yea, I'm sure they see tons of paddleboarders out their back windows. We're 2 rows of houses over from the waterfront. There is a HUGE Facebook group for the lake, where everyone is extremely active (unfortunately). I might be able to track someone down that way before I buy just to see if southern hospitality actually exists like I'm told it does.
I just meant that people who live there might have a different attitude since they'll see it as "their" beach and not be as welcome to strangers. As opposed to some other place where everyone who is there is visiting, so there isn't an Us vs Them attitude. Who knows. I'm just bullshitting. Hope you can check one out regardless.
Got all my measurements to the shock guy for an estimate.
Got the right side of the rear diff put together, parts store wont have the other studs until tomorrow afternoon...fvckers.
Sorry, I know the details of the lake and neglected that [facepalm]. It's a private gated community and I live inside the gates of the lake, just can't afford the houses on the water (they're 4-6 times more expensive than my house). I have full access to the 5 beaches scattered around the lake; the two closest are <3/4-mi and ~1-mi away.
I grilled some peaches tonight, to go along with our burgers for dessert. Cause apparently, grilled peaches are the in-thing right now.
Those were the most disgusting things I've ever tried. The rum caramel sauce was pretty good, except for the fact that once it hit the ice cream, it turned rock hard; almost as if it was shards of glass.
Needless to say, that dessert did not go over well with the family...
What do you think?
Slightly smaller?
Being a car guy, I'm not going to knock a vehicle that I don't like. I know that the person driving it either payed for, or did the work themselves and are probably pretty proud of it. That's a nice little half ton short bed in my opinion. I don't like low riders, but I can respect the time and effort that those enthusiasts put into their projects the same as mine.
