It's always cool here, CN.
;)
.308. I looked into it and it's known that it's too thin. Said they would thread a different pattern and adapters are easy to come by, but it was going to be almost twice as much. Common with Axis, even in .223 I guess.
Chick, I would go straight to loading what you shoot most. Sounds like you already have a background in tooling or machining, so it shouldn't be an issue for you.
I'll trade you an RCBS single press for those gas cans. I have a set of neck sizing dies in .223 if you're interested. I don't research things much, but somehow came to the conclusion that I didn't want them. If you come to a different conclusion, you can have them. Do you have time to meet up tomorrow?
Oh, and no pressure to trade, if you'd rather have $20 for cans, I can do that just as well.
Got very little sleep last night. Headed to the Vet for 1st appointment. Yay, puppy. [Coffee]
Glad our GSD is finally starting to mature. Getting to a year old has been much more challenging with her than the heeler.
If she's loading for the AR she needs full length sizing dies, not a neck one. BUT if she does do the deal i have a set of FL 223 dies, somewhere.
Or did you get them with the 550 ?
The rcbs for gas cans is a nice offer and one worth while. great way to get started reloading.
I appreciate the trade offer & the context for it but for right now I don't think I want to collect anything more until I have the knowledge & space to put it to use. Thank you though.
What time are you thinking Irving?
I'm not available after 1600 today.
