Well, the drive west wasn't too awful bad as I jumped off at Lucent and zig-zag where I needed to be. The usual time given that mess that is c470.
The drive back, while there were minimal cars at 1900 hrs, found the usual left lane losers pacing the right lane and blocking traffic, and a few going 40 MPH while I was (safely I felt) running the construction speed limit when unhindered. OK, maybe a few over. In my pickup. In 2wd only. FFS people. Have your vehicle prepared for winter and maybe don't drive 20 MPH slower than EVERYONE else around you?
This is why I want a cow catcher on the front of my new truck. ;)
