Well, Home Depot fucked me. Trying to get my dad's rental ready to be rented by December. I paid for carpet install from Home Depot since that's a trade I don't know how to do. Scheduled to show up today between 8-10am. At 10:30 they call me to let me know that some guys called in and they have no one to send out. Next available is Dec 20. Now I need to get my money back and find someone else to do the install. Not sure how realistic it is to have the work done at this short notice though. I originally started this process a few weeks ago.

Carpet exchange always advertizes and I think they claim next week install.

The big three are in it to make money.

I remember when the Caprice and Crown Victoria went the way of the dodo because they needed the facilities to crank out more trucks and SUVs.

I rolled my ankle so hard off the curb the other day that I somehow bruised the top of my foot. Zero pain in ankle, but bruise on top of toes.

Sounds like a severe sprain with bleeding. The blood goes to the toes. It's a gravity thing. Same thing has happened when I broke my fibulas and some severe sprains.
