That shop is OK but my favorite gyros is served on Grant and Colfax in a small shop run by a Syrian family.

I was thinking close to mazin & myself. Crown burgers on south Colorado is good too for gyros, but when I go there I have a weakness for their pastrami burgers.
Now im hungry too.
Hmmmm i might have to venture down hofax for some meat.......[ROFL1]
From now on when i bring them home I'm going to slam the bag down on the table and say "BLAM!"
It's funny you mention it, because that's what I was thinking about reading these posts on Greek food. I think you may be thinking of South Central II right across the street from Swedish on Hampden. They had awesome Greek food. I was a sucker for their chicken kabob sandwich and fries. Their fries were always dynamite.
It was kind of a hole in the wall joint, but their food was always really good. I think they closed about 10 years ago or so.
