Generally speaking they all have similar 308ish case capacity, as the bore size is reduced you generally need a longer barrel to achieve a similar level powder burn / gas expansion.

secondary reason I think I would go with the 20"/.308 is because I haven't collected any stamps lately an I think this would be begging for something. The shorter barrel I think would complement a suppressor nicely.
