Whitetails in Unit 104?

I'm, so I have deer tags for 3rd rifle doe for 104. I do not see anything that specifies white or mule. Am I missing something?

Don't have my tag with me atm, but it definitely says "whitetail only" on it.

I'm filing for refund and going for a different leftover tag somewhere else. I've communicated with two Rangers about 104, and got the impression I have a better chance of seeing God than I do of finding whitetails in 104 and a landowner that'll let me hunt.
