Step 1: Fill car with laughing gas (nitrous; you know, the insanely combustible stuff used for drag cars) to get high
Step 2: Try to light your cigarette
Step 3: Become disfigured for life and/or die





EDIT:Apparently Nitrous Oxide isn't flammable in and of itself, but is a tremendous oxidizer. Another possibility is butane inhalation, which is apparently another popular inhalant drug.
