Default How is the shooting range in rampart today?

I was thinking about taking the trip to the range. I have several guns to sight in and I was wondering how the range is? Is it snow covered or anything like that?

Don't know if you're talking about the range on top of Garden of the Gods, have not been there in a couple years

But the pistol and rifle ranges here all face the Sun,should be good just go early.

I went to Rampart Range today (Monday), around 1530 hrs. The road conditions are good, the range is clear of snow. There were a LOT of shooters today. The Sun set behind Pikes Peak at around 1610 and the temperature dropped 15 degrees within 30 minutes. Packed out a garbage bag of trash as usual.

Tomorrow should be a good day to shoot.

    Have fun.

I'm sorry I think that I got the range wrong. I think that I mean the small shooting range in Pine National Forest. Near Foxton. I think that it may even be called Buffalo Creek or something? I went there today and and it had some snow and some trash but for the most part it was clean. I was able to pick up a lot of brass. Need more .308 shooters out there though.
