She said for my sons I would have to go to an office to get it done though since they had just received their cards. Maybe it is becasue I have been buying licenses for over 20 years.

Maybe but one son's card is over a year old. They just bought their first small game licenses so maybe that will trigger something.

Since parks and wildlife are combined I just got mine verified and bought a turkey tag at Mueller state park. They looked at me like a deer in the headlights at first and then realized that they can now do it. They were happy to do it.
