Default What needs to happen to reverse the gun laws?

Obviously if Hick is still in office, Bloomberg will tell him to veto the repeal so we must have Bob win this thing.

Do we just need the senate or is there more to it? As far as I remember Hudak stepped down to save the Dem's one seat advantage so all we need is one seat right? Isn't Laura Woods running against Hudak's clone? How is that race looking?

Good question. At this point, if the Rs win and we take back a lot more seats, I think it can happen. I know that Nicholson is up for reelection, and God willing she loses, hard!

Repealing a law is way more difficult than passing it in the first place.

I wouldn't hold your breath no matter how the elections play out.

By my calculation if Laura Woods wins, and Beauprez wins then we should have non-neutered mags flying out of gun shops by July 1, 2015. Would be nice to get rid of that pesky BGC law too.

I suspect there is more to it though...

well even it Bob does not win
If Hickenblooper veto's a repeal of those three BS, that's the point where the 80k signatures to get it on the ballet should magically appear.
yes it will be 2016 likely before we the people get a say, but that will also slam the dumocrates in the face and say yes the people still value their rights.. F off

I don't have much faith in any of the laws being repealed regardless of who is elected.. Wasn't the gun show loophole passed with a Republican majority?

    One could always dream though..

Im with Ray on this, no matter who wins I dont think we will see either laws repealed. It is very hard to get laws taken back once they have been put in place. With that said I hope they get repealed but im not holding my breath.
    Don't be stupid!!!!!
