As Skip said, to me economic collapse is the most likely disaster which will bring riots, massive health problems, food shortages, etc.

We all have the things that we fear the most; for some it is nuclear war.
I remember seeing the black and white films, yes I am that old, as a kid in school showing us how to get below our desks and hope for the best in case of a nuclear attack.
Hmm kind of sounds like the shelter in place mentality of schools today, just saying.
Diseases both local and widespread and how society will respond, panic , about it bothers me the most. The enemy is unseen, insidious and people will lose their minds about it.
The thing I fear more than this is being completely unprepared for "something"

I am a strong believer that if you are secured financially first, you can overcome 99% of the SHTF scenario. Once you are good financially, you can prep for 1 year supply, bunker etc etc for that 1% least likely worst case scenario. So don't forget to invest, save, build wealth while you prep.
Same town has municipal code requiring a firearm owned by head of household unless prohibiteby law.
Edit. You might think that was from the cold war but it was 93 ish
