The rifle is complete, all that's left is paint. Bert chopped the barrel a couple inches and threaded it for the can. I cut the stock down and made a new butt plate. Length of pull is about 9". It's got a Primary Arms T1 clone on it.

I took her out Saturday to give it a try. We were shooting subsonics primarily to keep the noise down. No ear protection is necessary, even for little ears when running that .30 cal can. She hit the steel ram at 30 yards on her fifth and last shot. She's only five, and I'd say a bit young yet for this. She's also just a tic too small for the 9" LOP.

I'll get it painted up soon. Her grandma is sewing a fake suppressor cover in Hello Kitty fabric, so I have to wait for that to get a good match.

    What, no Cinderella stickers?

Cinderella is only for my rifle. You got Snow White if I recall correctly. Funny you mention it, I had to get her to change out of a princess dress to go shoot. The frilly long skirt and flip flops was as close as I could get to appropriate clothing.

While I commend you for getting her started young, please re-think your stance on hearing protection.
