Wink Six less varmints in Hudson, CO.

The weather today was HOT, but so was the action! Took the first two with my Remy 700 in .223, the next four fell victim to my .308 boomstick!

Yeah, a Nosler Ballistic Silver Tip 150 grain .308 tends to do that at 165 yards!

Here's one I hit with a 40 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip .223 at a little over 200 yards. Despite the explosion which severed his large intestine, (seen on the right side of the hole), the little bastard managed to crawl back into the ground. Guess he's camera shy...

How did you find enough open land to kill those bugers? My son is always dying to go but were ever we look; they are always in a safe zone! Nice kills............

I have 40 acres in Hudson we shoot on, plus my neighbors 1,500 acres down the road.

    We had a blast yesterday!

Randy is getting good with the .308. So is steps. I need to get me one of those super awesome stocks.

Sent from my teepee using smoke signals.
