It's easy to join CRC, you have to go through a half day orientation then you get a key to access the range. One of the few 1000 yard rifle ranges. It's all outdoors and no cover (at least in 2001 when I was a member) so it's better for fair weather shooting.

It's way off the beaten path, Byers and then some! I remember thinking my damn truck would rattle apart on the dirt road to get to it...It's a nice enough club, great for match shooters just too remote for me to get to often enough to justify the cost.

Don't know anything about CCCSC. If you have to choose I'd go with the one closest to me. It also depends on what kind of shooting you do.
