Default What do you use against Mosquitos?

I always have more than enough of all my supplies and rations when camping but I always forget bug sprays. Typically I will use citronella candles and a campfire to keep them away, but what are other great ways to keep these pest away. I am also asking this question bc most people always say they are going to head to the hill for a bug out idea but I am wondering how much bug spray are you taking.
I am sure you all know these pest carry west Nile, malaria and spead other junk too. Now lets hear some cheap old fashion way of keeping the mosquitos off you

DEET (if it's borderline bad for you it has to work), long sleeves, pants, and start a fire and sit/stand near the smoke- fire ban permitting of course.

And stop stressing about the things mosquitos can spread. Before moving to Colorado I was bitten approximatley 776,122 times and did not contract anything. I'd worry more about lighting in Colorado.

And approximatley 750,000 mosquites died as a result of drinking your blood.

I use Permethrin on my clothes, gear and boots and Deet on exposed skin. 100% DEET might also be on a hat if I am not going to sweat. 20% on the skin. The best combination there is.

Permethrin is good of ticks, bed bugs and other stuff too. http://www.sawyer.com/permFAQ.html

I use the 12 ounce pump

No kidding. I'm originally from Florida and I have seen more mosquitos (and lightning) in one day then you would see in 100 years here in Colorado.

    Fire.. Kill them with fire.

    That and 100% DEET.
What is my joy if all hands, even the unclean, can reach into it? What is my wisdom, if even the fools can dictate to me? What is my freedom, if all creatures, even the botched and impotent, are my masters? What is my life, if I am but to bow, to agree and to obey?

I've always heard a dryer sheet in your pocket works, but never tried it.

I have also heard that rubbing the inside of a banana peel on a bite relieves the itch, but again, never tried it.
