Agreed. Great video. I tell my kids all the time to never talk to a cop. They are to simply tell them their name, where they live and that they can't answer any questions without Mom or Dad present.

I have heard from several people that this is the guy you want on your side wehen dealing with gun laws. I think he is pretty expensive though. Join the NRA and you will have legal coverage through your membership.

Brad Allin in Fort Collins. From what I hear he is very good. He was recommended to me by Mike at Jensens. He is a little pricey though.

I think they stopped offering pro bono representation over 10 years ago. From what I heard all they do now is recommend a local attorney.

Thanks for sharing your story. Below is a great site on our rights as citizens. I think this should be taught in our school systems, as many do not understand what their rights are when they have an encounter with the police.

I believe in your situation (I could be wrong), you did not have to consent to a search of your vehicle.

I've also included two videos. While they're long, it is well worth it to view these.

For those young guys / gals who might be reading this, and may not know better.....

NO.... driving while intoxicated is NOT OK. Neither is carrying a firearm while intoxicated. Those who do either, put us all at risk in more ways than one.

Just my $0.02. Find another $5, and you can buy a coffee at starbucks.

    Default Get a Male DA

If you are dealing with a female DA, have your attourney put it off until you get a Male DA and it should get settled easily.

No offense to females, just fact.
