    Default I need a pro-gun attorney please.

Hey guys, I need the contact information for a pro-gun attorney please. Isn't there some wonder lawyer that everyone turns to for gun related stuff? It seems like I've heard people mention one guy more than once. Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

I need someone who will go to court by the way, I'm not just looking for advice on laws, I can look that stuff up myself.

I got the attorney info from the thread Kwando started, but I'm looking for someone in Denver if possible.

    Bump.

James Bardwell one of the greatest RKBA attorneys in the country.

Are you looking to establish an NFA Gun Trust?

No, I would just use my Quicken Will maker. I need someone who will go to court for two Class II misdemeanors. Unlawfully concealing a weapon (no permit) and having a firearm while intoxicated. Minimum sentance is $250 fine, 3 months in jail, or both. Maximum sentance is $1,000 fine, 12 months in jail, or both.

No crime was commited (other than those misdemeanors) so in my opinion, there should be fines only (especially on a first offense) but I don't want to run the risk of some stupid anti-gun judge trying to pull over extra punishment, or even trying to take the gun away. You don't get your car stolen by the government after a DUI.

I think the president of the Colorado State Shooting Sports is an attorney that fights these types of things. Not cheap though from what I hear.

Well as long as he is cheaper than what you would equate $2,000 fine AND 2 years in jail, then that should be fine. Thanks for all the help guys (and girls if there were any).
