I just picked this up this evening and have never heard of this company. Its very sharp and is comfortable to hold. Does anybody own this brand of knife?

Yes, Condor Tool and Knife is a edged toolmaker in El Salvador that has been around since the 80's i think, but their older parent company made edged tools for a couple hundred years. Their Tools are INEXPENSIVE, (do not read cheap) and not particularly aesthetically pleasing; however, they hold up to extreme abuse and will last years. I've had Jungle Bowies and Toloza knives in various off road vehicles ive had over the years and theyve all performed admirably over the years. When you need to pack a knife away in a secondary or tertiary pack. So you dont want to pack your Beck or Terrell or even your Busse. One you may never use but one to be able to count on. It's a great reliable choice.
To fight and conquer in one hundred battles is not the highest skill.
To subdue the enemy with no fight at all,
"That," is the highest skill.

Sweet. I got it fairly cheap and they had more of the machetes. I may go back for more if I can get the cheaper. Thanks
