Was starting to wonder what happened between the approval and the stamp arriving but it finally made it!

Early B-day & Valentines present from the spouse. Even though the process is "fairly" smooth. One holds their breath (so to speak) Till the APPROVED e-mail arrives.

This is to advise you that the status of your eForms submission with the subject Permit/Control number has changed to SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS

    I filed 1/13/15.

I should probably file my 300BLK SBR now that I've decided on the barrel.

Question for the brain trust. On my 7.5" SBR submissions I used 26" overall. Does it make sense if I'm filing a 9" to just use 27.5" for the overall length or is 26" some magic number to use?

Go with 28" you can go smaller on the gun. Over the number submitted, without applying for (what ever it's called) possible problems.

Tell me about it. It was my first stamp. Every day I'd wake up thinking "Today might be the day!". Time to get the next one in the queue.

    Tax stamp in hand update...

    Purchase date 11/03/14
Check cashed 11/13/14 (apparently they really needed the money)
    Signed off 2/05/15
    Picked up TBAC 2/23/15

So, signed off 3 months after purchase date.

Not bad! Already tried it on the Remmy 700/.308, yes, oh, yes, it looks goooood. I got a little aroused. I'll admit it. Now, here's the problem. Do you remember the feeling after, late on Xmas morning, after all the presents were open, you had already played, at least once, with all those aforementioned presents, and this dark, disturbing feeling came over you...after SOOO much waiting and anticip.........ation, "ummm, what now?"
Yeah, it's like that. I don't have anything in the pipe. I don't need any more suppressors. I have no desire for an SBR, grenade launcher, full auto...okay, I lied a bit right there, but I don't have the coin for that dream.

    So, Now what?
(BTW, Jenny says, "oh great, now they'll tell you!)

Thanks, already submitted with 9" and 27.5" earlier today. With a tape, that's what it is on my existing evil SBR. Of course, I never mounted that upper to any other lower so it could be off a bit I guess.

Expect the last one filed 1-13-15 to drop into my inbox any day now... tick tock.

I still find it odd that it's the length with the stock extended.
