Stop making sense.

FFS just have the dealers run a background check, collect the $200, print & photo. Then they can print the stamp and then 10 minutes after submitting, you go home with your gun muffler or shorter rifle that is no more dangerous or concealable than a handgun... They trust dealers for selling and running background check for far more "dangerous" guns.

Nevermind, government wont allow efficiency in services.

We have had a couple May - June submissions come back in 3 months. Individuals though. Trusts are still 10-12 months.

I don't know whether the current administration as has done anything to reduce the BATFE backlog but it seems that now would be a good time to get orders in so they can be processed before next years election.

I have a trust and am interested in the new SiCo Omega 36M. Thinking, thinking....
