I was SBRing a PSA lower. Under model name I wrote "PA-15 MULTI" as it says on the lower. The ATF wants it to read "PA15" only, so basically I would have the lie about what is engraved on my lower to have my form approved. No, they will not give me a chance to fix it since I used an E-form. My only option is to wait around for my refund. I suppose I could submit another form, give them another $200 and wait another 3.5 months but I think I am kind of done for now...

You can fix it and re-submit now. You need to email them first but people do it all the time. I'll try and find the email. It's ted something at ATF. They will turn it right around for you. Don't give up

As far as the Multi thing. Just don't put multi in the description and when you engrave your trust just add Cal. 5.56 (or what ever cal you are using) I've done it many times on lowers marked from the factory as multi. They ATF doesn't like that word so don't put it anywhere on the forum.

Edit: Here is the info you need to push it through now, or you can give up?

Submit a new application send an email to Ted.clutter@atf.gov and include the control number of the rejected application and the control number of the new corrected eForm and the application will be reprocessed

Congrats! I'm at 124 days on two paper filed forms (1& 4). Hopefully this means I'm close.

My 105 days even included a clerical error on my part, them sending it back, fixing it, and mailing it back to them. I probably would have been done sooner had I learned to write my own name where appropriate....

I paper mailed my F1 that had an issue and needed to be resubmitted. If you include the "denial" e-mail and any other paperwork you've received. Mail it all off along with a corrected F1. AND another check for $200.. They will put you up front. make sure you have copies for your records. Providing the Ask the experts doesn't say resubmit and we'll handle it.

ALSO: You're not lying. They require a Caliber in that box. Pick one and run with it.

    Approved August 1.
Dealer received the Form 4 August 15 and I picked it the same day.
